If you are interested in adopting, please also consider visiting the Weim Club of America Rescue web site. They have many dogs waiting for a good home.

Current Rescue

3 year old Gunther is looking for his new forever home.  He is a strapping neutered blue boy whose family got him at 8 weeks of age from Krantz Weimaraners.  Gunther has been well cared for with regular veterinary checkups, his last was in December.  Gunther is housetrained, very energetic, loves to swim, and spend time outdoors.  He does need some leash work and is gunshy.  Gunther is friendly to all, good with children, and would do well with another dog(s).  Gunther shows off his intelligence by opening the door to get into the house and the gate latch to get out of his fenced yard.
